What We Do

Skiles Davis & Baker, P.A. (SDB) is a civil engineering design and consulting company established in 2004.  SDBspecializes in many disciplines of civil engineering including site planning, grading and drainage, utility system design, and stormwater system design.  Our mission is to produce the highest quality and the most cost effective design for our customers along with meticulous attention to detail to ensure a smooth construction process.  SDBis dedicated to customer satisfaction as well as producing a design that best suits the needs of our clients while providing an aesthetically pleasing solution. SDBhas seven employees, consisting of two registered professional engineers, one engineer intern, two project designers and two administrative assistants.  The employees of SDBhave a vast range of experience from projects in several locations around the country.  The company’s main focus is development within the State of Florida and south Georgia.  SDB’s experience includes projects such as educational facilities, single and multifamily residential developments, office parks, industrial projects, recreational facilities and a variety of small and large commercial projects located in Florida and in many other parts of the country.
